1. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-In: from 3 PM / Check-Out: till 11 AM

Please close the windows and shut off electrical divices when you leave the apartment.

2. NO OPEN FIRE:  Open flames and candles are prohibited in this apartment due tot he increased risk of fire.

3. NO NOISE:  Please avoid noise, especially at night between 10 PM and 7 AM. Partys, Events and Fotoshootings are also prohibited.

4. NO SMOKING:  Smoking of cigarettes, electronical cigarettes, vapes or shishas is prohibited throughout the entire apartment. Smoking is permitted on the balcony. If smoking occurs inside the appartment despite the ban, a penalty fee lof € 250,00 will be charged due to the cleaning costs.

5. NO SHOES:  Please leave your shoes in the entry area and grab a pair of our wonderfully fluffy guest slippers.

6. PETS: Due to the increased cleaning effort required, pets are unfortunately not allowed. Assistance animals are, of course, always welcome.

7. NO EXTRA GUEST: The number of guests allowed in the apartment does not exceed the number of bookings.

8.DAMAGE: Damaged or missing items and facilities, as well as lost keys, will be reported and charged to the guests. A detailed list can be found in the guestbook.

9. NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES: Any illegal activity will be reported to the police.

10. TRASH:  Your trash belongs in the trash can! Please don't leave it lying around. If you have too much trash, please take it outside!

11. NO BOOKINGS FROM THE SAME CITY: We reserve the right to cancel short-notice bookings from the same city that were made without prior consultation with the host.

12. RESPECT: Be part of the herd and be considerate of your neighbors. Inappropriate and disrespectful behavior may result in immediate cancellation.
